Arlene becomes the 23rd Chamber ATHENA recipient, and will be honored by the Chamber and the COUNCIL FOR WORKING WOMEN at a luncheon on Thursday, September 2, 2010 at the Holiday Inn Joliet Hotel & Conference Center.
