Since 1992, Hollywood Casino Joliet has recorded more than 45 million guest admissions and the casino has generated over $1 billion in gaming tax revenues for the state of Illinois.  Another $236 million in gaming taxes have made it possible for the city of Joliet to invest in numerous community improvements that have restored the city and allowed Joliet to build new streets, beautify downtown, construct and renovate police stations, fire houses, schools, libraries, arts and cultural institutions, transportation hubs and parks and trails.  The city's municipal buildings and vital social services are delivered to local citizens thanks to the tax dollars we generate.

Today, Hollywood Casino is one of the largest companies in Will County and employs more than 800 people in positions that range from management and casino operations, to jobs in Security, Facilities, Hotel Operations and Food and Beverage.  Our team members enjoy a full benefits package with several unique features like a 50% match on 401-K plans, health insurance for which Penn National Gaming pays more than 87% of expenses for both union and non-union employees and tuition reimbursement plan that offers team members up to $1,500 annually for undergraduate education and $2,000 for graduate work.

Hollywood Casino Joliet is a committed corporate citizen, supporting community organizations in Will County and surrounding areas through charitable giving and employee volunteerism.  Over the past five years, we've donated more than $1.3 million to charitable organizations and in the last three years, our employees logged over 12,000 volunteer hours.  Our employees also serve on the boards of 14 community or charitable organizations.
