R. Dale Evans, Sr.  serves as the Social Services and Family Self-Sufficiency Coordinator for the Housing Authority of Joliet. R. Dale, as he likes to be called, has been a Chamber Ambassador for (7) years and enjoys being the "bridge" to connecting people to people. In addition, R. Dale knows first hand the benefits of being an active member of the Joliet Region Chamber resulting in a number of partnerships and opportunities for the families he serves through the Joliet community.
